An end-to-end analytics project built entirely from scratch using Microsoft Excel. The project includes manual creation of a realistic synthetic UK population dataset, definition of financial and demographic KPIs, and development of a clear, stakeholder-ready dashboard. It demonstrates analytical thinking, data modelling, and the ability to translate complex population and financial data into actionable insights.
